It is possible to ship by our own courier, but only for orders with COD payment option and to postmates.

We carry out shipments to parcel machines, on the consignment note provided by the customer. We support dimension C . You will receive an offer with a breakdown of the number of products that fit into this dimension after establishing cooperation.
Cash-on-delivery shipments can only be made on their own consignment note.
The cost of delivery is 17 PLN gross at one time, regardless of the number of packages. In case of exceptions, where we allow you to send your own delivery note (cash on delivery and parcel post), we will not add shipping costs to the invoice.
At the beginning of cooperation we adopt the system 1 order= 1 invoice, but in the case of min. 10 orders per week it is possible to switch to the system of 1 invoice once a week.
Orders placed by 10:00 am we are able to ship the same day.
Yes, we agree to use our photos and descriptions provided. You will receive all materials at the time of cooperation.
A retail customer has the right to return under standard conditions for up to 14 days after receiving the shipment. The return can be sent directly to our address: Sollux-Lighting, 35 W. Łokietka St., 64-840 Budzyn. There is a return form available on our site that customers can use. After accepting the goods from the customer , a correction will be issued and sent to you.
All complaints resulting from our fault, such as damage in transit or non-compliance with delivery, we always realize in favor of the customer. We realize the complaint directly with the customer. We send him a necessary new component or a new frame . At the same time we take back the damaged item. On our site in the contact tab there is a complaint form, which your dropshipping customer should fill out. On the basis of the application, the complaints department will contact your customer and agree on the form of implementation of the complaint.
Warranty period: 24 months Warranty conditions are defined by the proof of purchase in the form of receipt, invoice. The warranty does not exclude, limit or suspend the customer’s rights under the warranty regulations for defects of the sold thing.
